Eligibility

Our goal is to get you up and running quickly. If a service outcome differs from the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days so we can re-assess and correct. Refunds are considered when remediation is not feasible.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Diagnostic fees once work has begun
  • Third-party software/licenses, special-order parts, or shipping costs
  • Damage caused by unsupported modifications or pre-existing issues disclosed during intake

Parts & Hardware

New parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Labor for installation is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.

  2. We’ll perform a follow-up assessment and propose a remedy or refund if eligible.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
