By booking, purchasing, or using services from UperTel Network Inc. (839 Brady Ave, Bronx NY 10462), you agree to these Terms.
2. Services & Scope
We provide device diagnostics, repair, software setup, network configuration, and related services as described on our website and quotes. Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges with your approval.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Back up important data before service and provide required access (e.g., passwords).
- Ensure you have necessary licenses and rights for installed software.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion unless stated otherwise. Parts and special orders may require prepayment.
5. Warranty & Limitations
Labor is warranted for 30 days from service date. Manufacturer warranties apply to new parts. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Cancellations
Appointment cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
